Guy Frankham has spent a majority of his working life in the marine industry. Coming from a family where previous generations have been connected with the sea, ships are in his blood.

He combines his love of ships, his interest in photography and his extensive knowledge of the ship repair and conversion industry to produce images that are not only technically interesting, but also pleasing to the eye and, in some instances, humorous. He has the advantage of an appreciation of the technical complexities of major marine projects and recognises the skills of the craftsmen who carry out this exacting work.

A photographic record of a project, be it for a web site, for company or personal records, provides a valuable reminder of events as they progress from a basic concept to final completion and the fulfilment of both clients and the contractors aspirations.
